The Hillsborough County sheriff's office in Florida received an official complaint against one Robbie Roumonas for going naked infront of a 4 year old girl at a family picnic. Sergeant Bruce Hoffman asked questions to the mother of the girl , she had been told by her daughter that the boy had no clothes on. Sgt Hoffman called the mother of the boy Robbie and told her the penalty was 15 years but they wanted talk to her son.
